The Select fusion welded
frame has multi-chambered construction for maxi-mum strength and
excellent thermal performance. The stainless steel constant force coil
spring balance system along with the Duralock pivot bars precisely align
frame and sash which insures squareness during installation and smooth
operation for years to come.
Select Sash
The bottom sash tilts-in for ease of cleaning. The Select sash system is
fully welded for strength and durability. Sash lift handles are designed
and extruded as part of the profile. No worry about handles loosening or
coming off through use. Upper sash keeper rail and lower sash lock rail
mate through a unique positive interlocking design each enhancing the
strength of the other when the metal sash cam locks are engaged. Add the
triple weather seals and you have one of the strongest weather tight,
meeting rails in the industry. |
Select Sill
The Select sloped sill is designed for maximum water run-off and best of
all no weep holes are needed making it easy to clean. Add to that a sill
dam weather-stripping along with 2additional sash seals and you have a
sill that insures quick water run off and weather tight performance.
Select Glass Package
Our two panes of high quality glass are separated by an industry leading
spacer system giving you an outstanding 3/4""Warm-Edge" glass package.
In addition to being significantly warmer than our competition you also
gain a significant reduction of sound transmission. Add to that an
optional LowE glass or LowE with Argon gas filled cavity and you can
further enhance energy efficiency in both winter and summer. The Classic Series Double
Hung is a mechanical frame welded sash vinyl window. Its classic
durability and exterior trim lines combine rich, traditional styling
with industry leading technology.
The Select Series Single Hung is the
economic fusion welded vinyl window. Its exterior beveled trim lines
